A warm welcome awaits you at Maple House, located in a quiet residential location, only a short stroll from the centre of the characterful book town of Hay on Wye on the Welsh/English border. Our modern home has been recently lovingly renovated and offers quality, peaceful and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation.

This is our fourth visit to Maple House- the consistency and standard of Linda’s approach to all areas of Maple House is excellent. Always a friendly welcome and very accommodating. Hence we’ve booked for next year!

From the minute we arrived at Maple House we were welcomed and felt at home. Linda was a brilliant host with great local knowledge and excellent facilities. Super comfy bed, great rest after lots of exploring. We are already planning a return visit! Its a 5 minute walk into Hay and a great base for exploring the wider area.

Linda, provided us with a plentiful, delicious breakfast that was delivered to our rooms picnic basket-style. Fresh milk and homemade cake was always on offer, and our rooms were thoughtfully provided with a variety of teas and coffee. The cosy area outside of our rooms was well stocked with dishes, drinking glasses and cutlery. Linda was very kind in providing us with restaurant and hiking/walking information. We would definitely book again!
